About Fion

Fion boasts over a decade of experience in simultaneous, consecutive, and conference interpretation. Her expertise spans various sectors, including banking/finance, investment, automotive, energy, sustainable development, cybersecurity, medicine and healthcare, heavy machinery, technology, and film production. Whether at high-level leader discussions and major events in the City of London, or executive training courses at the University of Cambridge, she handles them appropriately.

Before becoming a professional translator, Fion was a trained journalist for publications such as The Economic Observer and The Investor. She was involved in language service during several significant occasions, including the Shanghai World Expo. At a translation company, she gained extensive experience in written translation and project localisation, contributing to major projects for companies such as Volkswagen and SKF.

Fion excels at combining sharp insights with deep interpreting expertise, using 'empowering the informed through language' as her guiding principle. She brings the shared values of journalism and communication into her everyday work.
